Step 1 – Picturing the Vision

This first step is critical to insure ultimate homeowner satisfaction. Brian will meet with the architect and homeowner to the extent necessary and offer his insight to insure that challenges that may be encountered during the building process are minimized. Only when a complete agreement has been reached with all the parties involved are succeeding steps begun.

Step 2 – Teambuilding

Now that the vision is clearly pictured by Radian and the homebuilder, identifying and selecting the finest craftsmen from lot preparation and pouring the foundation to providing careful finishing touches to the interior and exterior of the home may begin. Radian has a carefully prepared list of subcontractors, experienced in their trade to provide only the finest workmanship.

Step 3 – Construction

Construction may now begin and the new homeowner can count on Brian personally being at the new home site each day. Every step of the building process will be closely monitored to insure the use of only the finest in materials and workmanship, taking care to follow architectural specifications to the letter. The new homeowner will be kept abreast of all progress along the way.

Step 4 – Ongoing Satisfaction

The new home will be warranted under specifications endorsed by the Dayton Homebuilders Association and Brian will see to it that the new home owner is completely satisfied with the finished product.
